Our practice in July

Our practice statistics for July show that we had a 19% increase of appointments missed by patients.

We ask that patients attend appointments on time and cancel them if they are no longer able to attend. This allows us to offer those appointments to other patients who need them.

To cancel your appointment:

– use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)

– phone us on 01444 458738 or 01444 458739, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm

– reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
