Contacting staff via Social Media

Polite note to patients

Unfortunately we had a recent incident where a staff members contact details were searched for on Facebook and then a message sent to them on a Saturday morning, from a patient requesting help. Of course this is totally inappropriate, and also caused our staff member some significant worry to know that their details had been searched for like this.

We politely ask that patients never use social media to contact staff members personally, thanks for your assistance with this.
