Lloyds Pharmacy at Sainsbury’s

Dear all patients,

Lloyds Pharmacy at Sainsbury’s will be closed to the public indefinitely. Kindly advise the surgery the alternative chemist you want us to send your prescriptions going forward via email to [email protected].

Note: prescriptions already sent to Sainsbury’s have been returned to the NHS spine, you can easily have these dispensed at another pharmacy of your choice, by taking your NHS number to them. The surgery does not have to re-issue a new prescription to be dispensed elsewhere.
