We have been informed today, the Cuckfield Chemist has closed for all services until further notice. Anybody who has a prescription issued from today, that would ordinarily go to Cuckfield chemist will not have a prescription destination. You can collect your prescription from any chemist using your personal details, name, date of birth and address OR your NHS number.

You can also use your NHS app to obtain a token to enable you to collect your medication in any pharmacy

DO NOT call the surgery regarding your prescriptions, please email in for information and please allow the chemist time to process.
