Driving whilst on the phone

With immediate effect we are not able to complete online forms for patients that are driving. Not only can this affect the person’s concentration levels when driving but also some details may be missed which could change the outcome when the duty doctor reviews the form. If you insist on pulling over to take the call then we would have to continue

However, we strongly advise for all patients to complete the form online when they have access to the internet
